Provost Studio Inc., a creative, cross-disciplinary interior design firm focused on specialty commercial interiors, branded environments and broadcast design, is seeking a talented Interior Designer/ Architectural Designer to work on a variety of projects in various capacities in our Raleigh office.  This position is part-time (+/- 20 hours/week), project-based, and will work closely with the principal designer to follow through on design intent and develop details for production. 


Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):


The job will focus on working directly with Director of Design on front end concept design through technical production of documents in Auto CAD in all final architectural phases; may also include the creation of presentation documents and correspondence, coordination with design teams, clients, and other entities as necessary. Ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, personable, and willing to flex his/her design muscles as the job demands.



  • Professional Degree in Architecture/Interior Architecture/Interior Design 
  • 3-6 Years experience: interiors and/or architecture projects with experience in hi-end office/workplace, retail, hospitality and/or exhibition/environmental design a plus
  • Excellent design skills including High proficiency in Sketch-up  & Auto CAD
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office (including Power Point), and the ability to work across platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organization
  • Ability to work independently
  • Positive, proactive, supportive attitude with an ability to think on your feet
