Provost Studio Inc., a creative, cross-disciplinary interior design firm focused on specialty commercial interiors, branded environments and broadcast design, is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant/ Office Administrator.  This is a great opportunity for a well-organized, observant and motivated person who thrives working in a creative environment.  The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of general office duties and report to the President/Director of Design.  This is a mid-level position and requires previous experience.


Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Provide direct support to the President/Director of Design including complex calendar and travel management
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner as the front desk receptionist; meet and greet all clients
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a prompt, professional and a courteous manner
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well maintained professional environment 
  • Provide support to general staff with various administrative tasks as needed
  • Miscellaneous projects as requested


  • 3-5 years of experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant supporting Executive-Level Management in a corporate environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in the architecture, design, or commercial real estate development/brokerage industries or related professional services firm strongly preferred.
  • Positive, proactive, supportive attitude with an ability to think on your feet
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with individuals at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Critical thinking skills with ability to manage complex assignments
  • Must be proficient in Mac-based programs: Pages, Numbers, Calendar, Adobe Suite; advanced skill preferred
