Cline Design Associates, PA is an award winning multi-disciplinary architectural firm with offices in Raleigh and Charlotte, North Carolina. Our expertise is in multi-family housing, mixed-use, commercial, urban planning, retail, recreation, and interior design. With in-house Architecture, Land Planning, and Interior Design, we can provide integrated design services that position our clients for success in the marketplace. Our Raleigh office are seeking Architects and Project Architects with 3 – 5 years’ experience.  The ideal candidate will have both a design and technical focus.  They will be responsible for all aspects of architectural design services including conceptual studies, schematic documents, design development documents, and construction documents.

 

The candidate must also possess strong graphic ability with 3D modeling rendering experience.  Revit proficiency is mandatory.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience with multi-family and mixed-used projects preferred

  • Professional Licensure

  • NC Architectural Registration preferred

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and Sketchup

  • Excellent communication, written and presentation skills

  • Organized, self-directed with excellent time management skills
