Our Raleigh office has an opening for a talented Interior Designer with 2 – 5 years’ experience.  Candidate must have strong design skills, be able to perform detailed instructions for required tasks, and have the ability to work with project teams to complete projects in various stages of design.  Revit proficiency is mandatory.


  • Prepare interior design construction drawings, renderings and development of plans

  • Programming, concept design, space planning, technical detailing, furnishing layouts and finish specifications

  • Ability to execute all phases from concept design to construction administration

  • Assist with client and consultant communications

  • Assist in the selection and specification of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and art

  • Consult with vendors, research and propose FF&E materials and products

  • Coordinate materials and drawings for presentations

  • Research code requirements

  • Organizes files, materials and prepare presentations


  • 2 to 5 years’ experience with commercial and hospitality interiors

  • Proficiency in Revit is required

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Sketchup

  • Knowledge of the design process, including FF&E, furniture systems and specifications, color and materials

  • Strong graphic and visualization skills

  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field from an accredited school
