Program:

The realBUSINESS program is an interactive video-vignette based seminar featuring stories shared by real business owners. The stories will explore common issues face by business owners such as how to pass ownership between generations, attracting and retaining key employees and succession and continuation issues.

Learning Objectives:

1.  Upon completion of this program, participants will analyze and assess the importance of having proper business valuation.

2.  Participants will distinguish the importance of developing a succession plan and evaluating it often.

3.  Participants will identify and prepare for the four D's  - death, disability, divorce and departure.

4.  Participants will organize and design a strategy to retain key employees.

Domenica Stuckey, MassMutual North Carolina

Domenica Stuckey is a Managing Associate and Investment Advisor Representative with the MassMutual Financial Group. She has been practicing for 7 years and has focused the bulk of her practice on working with Architects and Engineers to help them with their financial planning both individually and for their businesses.


She is married to Joseph and they have their first child on the way, a little boy, due August 18, 2018.
