Program:

From design trends and infrastructure requirements to the latest technology for multi-purpose meeting rooms, learn how to best design an audio visual and video conferencing space. We will review critical design elements for meeting spaces, current industry trends and key considerations for accommodating changing workplace demands.

Learning Objectives:

1.  Upon completion of this program, participants will determine how conference environments are evolving based on unified communications, remote participants and BYOD demands.

2.  Participants will interpret basic technology considerations to accommodate a changing workforce.

3.  Participants will identify critical design elements such as lighting, camera placement and acoustics which improve the overall meeting experience.

4. They will further recognize technology trends shaping our meeting environment.
