Program:

Educate architects on how brick sizes, shapes, and textures effect the finished cost of a masonry wall.

Learning Objectives:

  • Upon completion of this program, participants will acquire knowledge of how brick size effects design through aesthetics and cost.
  • Participants will assess and conclude how brick colors, finishes, and textures effect wall aesthetics, material cost, and design.
  • Participants will examine brick design details and distinguish how they effect the building performance and associated costs.
  • Participants will calculate and how brick costs compare with other wall systems.
